***Special Holiday Return Policy***

To help our customers, our normal 30 day return policy has been extended for the holiday season! Any purchase made between Thanksgiving and Christmas can be returned until 01/31! In exchange for this courtesy, we ask you to understand that due to our small level of inventory and our need to change inventory with the changing seasons, we cannot take ANY item in return/exchange beyond 01/31. Also, please keep in mind that absolutely no item will be accepted without the proper tags intact or in the original unopened, sellable box and RECEIPT. Here at Mountain Tops Outfitters, we truly strive to bring you the best experience possible. We are a small family run business who love doing what we do and just want to make a living doing it! So, with that said, here are some rules to live by:

 

1-Shipping- We offer free shipping on all items. We use multiple carriers at our discretion. Most items are shipped same or next business day.

 

2- Returns- All returned items must me in new and unused condition with all the original tags attached.

-All shoes must be in unused condition and not worn outside.

-For sanitary reasons, we do not take returns on water bottles and hydration packs

-All items must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Beyond 30 days, all issues must be directed to the manufacturer.
